Ireland has reiterated it will not accept any changes to an agreement aimed at preventing a hard border.

Theresa May has allegedly told her Cabinet she will not take the UK out of the EU without a deal.

Tuesday is the deadline, unless of course an extension is sought…

 

Donald Trump agreed to end the 35-day partial government shutdown, but has vowed it will resume on 15th February if he is unhappy with the decision from the House-Senate Committee.

 

GBP/EUR hit a new high of 1.16 late Friday with GBP/USD also up on a 3-month high of 1.32. Both pairs are half a cent lower this morning.
